World Premiere of Two-Year Old Gentlemen

Ronald K. Brown’s latest creation Two-Year Old Gentlemen, made its world premiere at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center on December 6, 2008. This new all male work emphasizes the importance of community and strong male relationships across generations. The “two year old gentlemen” of the title refer to Brown’s own nephew and late grandfather and the bond of unconditional love that existed between them. By being honest and telling a story from a personal perspective, Brown hopes Two-Year Old Gentlemen will deliver a universal message that demonstrates collective responsibility.
