Lena Psalms is a proud native of Prince George’s County, Maryland. She is a 2025 graduate of The Ailey School’s Professional Division Certificate Program. Lena began her formal dance training at Dancing For His Glory Studio & Company before continuing her studies at the Center for Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA) at Suitland High School.
During her time at The Ailey School, Lena had the opportunity to perform works by acclaimed choreographers including Branndi Lewis, Earl Mosley, Averee Walker, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Norbert De La Cruz III, Ronald K. Brown, and Alvin Ailey. In 2025, she joined Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE, A Dance Company.
Lena is grateful to continue her artistic journey with EVIDENCE and looks forward to growing through the company’s work, legacy, and continued exploration of dance.
