Originally inspired by the idea of stumbling through life on one’s path, becoming lost and turning to the instructions in 119th Psalms, “Make me go in the path of thy commandments for therein do I delight… with my whole heart.” Sections of the work were developed with students at The Juilliard School and during a residency at Skidmore College, funded by New York Council on the Arts.
